As a Business Development Manager (Europe/North America), you have the opportunity to join an amazing team during an exciting period of growth. Your role will be pivotal in helping expand business into new geographical markets, with a particular focus on major European markets and North America. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing new business opportunities, cultivating sales relationships, and creating a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets across a wide range of content verticals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Selling the company's performance marketing solutions to direct clients and agencies, including tailored campaigns based on data and insights
  • Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, with a strong emphasis on new business development
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling media packs, brand stories, and case studies for presentations and pitches
  • Ensuring an exceptional understanding of the client's brand, industry, and medium
  • Ensuring that campaigns meet the highest performance standards and generating post-campaign reports to support this
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and regularly reporting on revenues
  • Collaborating with the media buying team to seek opportunities and maximise revenue potential
  • Achieving both company and personal sales targets
  • Recommending vertical developments that would benefit the company's commercial outlook
  • Collaborating with the Finance team on billing and revenue collection


Gevraagd

  • Proven sales experience in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to sell lead generation solutions to clients and agencies, particularly in Europe or North America
  • Results-driven with a track record of generating new business and achieving KPIs
  • Knowledgeable about lead generation practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively persuade, negotiate, and establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and agencies
  • Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional campaigns for clients
  • Highly organized and passionate about problem-solving
  • Fluent in either French, German, or Spanish (European role-specific)
