As Social Strategist, you can spend 50% of your time fully focusing on 2 gigantic well-known clients & 50% developing the roadmap to 2025 on Paid Social.

You will map out the latest trends, tooling and opportunities in the digital landscape. You will also be given responsibility for the operations piece.

However, the best thing about this position is that you will help determine how to fulfill this role optimally.

You are an expert in your field and inspiring to listen to. From connecting with clients and product development to operational & commercial teams: you move effortlessly between these stations like a horse on the chessboard (connector).

On large pitches, your persuasiveness & deep understanding of the industry landscape enable you to increase digital capabilities for this enormous player. 

In this duo role, you work together with 2 teams: on the one hand your own Digital Capabilities team of 3 people responsible for the Paid Media policy in top 16 markets such as USA, China & UK.

As the new Head of Paid Social, we need from you:

• Minimum 7+ years in Social, with the last role in a Director/Partner position in a professional environment;
• Both strategically and operationally strong.
• Communication skills.
• Good presentation skills for significant pitches.
• Experience with Smartly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Creatively and analytically inclined.
• Verbally and in writing fluent in both Dutch and English.

• A salary of up to €90K gross per year.
