What will you do?
The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist (AR/AP) is responsible for the complete accounts receivable process of several channels and accounts payable process of inventory vendors from invoice reconciliation to payments. You will work closely with other departments, such as Customer Services and Sales.
You will:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming payments, accounts receivable balances, credit checks, order releasing and follow up on overdues
• Act as point of contact from external and internal business partners regarding questions about billing and payment status
• Properly record invoices from inventory, determine cashflow needs and make payments accordingly
• Act as the point of contact from external and internal business partners
• Prepare financial management reports on AR and AP related topics
