You will be working in an international environment within a multicultural team as a Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Employee.

As a Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for:

Accounts Payable - Booking invoices.
Accounts Receivable - Collection by mail and phone.
Preparation of Banks Booking.
Preparation of necessary journal entries.
Book and reconcile Intra/Intercompany invoices in sub ledger Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Work together with the team for a proper monthly closing of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Possible future tasks:
o Monthly settlements for several Intercompany offices (AP & AR).
o Prepare VAT declaration.
o Fixed assets administration.
o Prepare cashflow forecast for foreign currency.

Ideal Candidate Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable:
• You have a finished degree in Accounting (HBO level or MBO with experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Outstanding knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch & English.
• You are a team player, accurate and efficient.
• And have good accounting and analytic skills.
