As a Receptionist, you will be responsible in welcoming, taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organised.

Description

• Welcomes visitors;
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to to the appropriate people/ departments;
• Ensures the office, and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable;
• Assisting with the corespondance of the office;
• Ensure all supplies at the office are in place.

Job Offer

• Salary: 2500-3100 euros;
• Opportunity to work in a highly international environment;
• Temporary Assignment: minimum 4 months;
• Travel allowance;
• Available for 32 to 40H.

Gevraagd

* 1 year experience in a Receptionist role;
* Preferably experience as a receptionist in the finance/IT/trading industry;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, speaking Dutch is a plus;
* Available to start immediately for 32-40 hours;
* Holds BSN;
* Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands;
* Available to commute to the office located in Amsterdam Zuid.
