Vacatureomschrijving

As HR Generalist, you will mainly be overseeing all strategic and operational activities e.g. internal/external event management, recruitment coordination, first contact point for HR-related matters, process optimization and more! This particular role is on a temporary 12-month base with a possible extension or takeover.

Description

As HR Generalist, you will mainly be involved in:
  • Employee journey i.e. new hires, job changes/promotions, terminations, organizational changes and data management;
  • Managing long-term illness cases in the Netherlands;
  • Supporting global mobility cases;
  • Enhancing Workday data projects;
  • Generating employee contracts, letters, and memos;
  • Update the employee records and keeping all relevant systems and (third) parties up to date;
  • Addressing our clients employee inquiries and managing complex cases;
  • Developing and refining EmEx processes, driving continuous improvement;
  • Implementing new People & Culture policies;
  • Contribute to the best experience for European employees by providing great support and People & Culture administration;
  • Think along with current EMEA processes and advise on its development;
  • Be responsible for external events to attract high level professionals.

Gevraagd

* BA or MSc degree, preferably in HR
* English fluency on corporate level
* 32 to 40 hours availability
* Per immediately - start ASAP
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Interest in an international Real Estate firm and environment
* Experience in processes review and (re)design
* Knowledge in international mobility (including immigration policies and visa requirements)
* Digital savviness, including proficiency in Workday
* A proactive, results-driven, solution-oriented mindset
* High sense of responsibility and drive to bring structure in the department
