Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager Amsterdam

Role Description
The Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager is responsible for creating and enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. They support the organization in prioritizing employee safety with proactive efficiency.

Responsibilities
– Ensure the implementation of applicable HSE Policies.
– Support and evaluate the new projects regarding HSE.
– Implement and co-ordinate the internal HSE audit process.
– Co-ordinate site HSE Management review meetings with Site Leadership Team.
– Execute responsibilities of site according to lawful and ethical standard.
– Manage the documentation of health, safety, environment, and energy management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 & ISO 50001)
– Manage and Co-ordinate HSE documentations and reports with other departments and sites in the network.

Requirement
– Bachelor degree in safety or related field (HVK).
– Experienced HSE/ Biosafety position with relevant work experience
– Relevant HSE work experience, preferably in an international pharmaceutical environment.
– Fluent in Dutch, verbal and written (required to correspond with Dutch Authorities on BSO).
