We’re Hiring: Part-Time Community Director (60% Position)

• Part-time (60% / 24 hours per week)
• Gross annual compensation €38.000,- including holiday allowance (based on a 60% contract)

Job description:
As the Community Director, you will be leading our dynamic Community Team on a part-time basis (60% employment) , serving as the strategic leader behind our brand’s engagement strategy. This pivotal role is instrumental in establishing unparalleled standards of excellence and steering our network of entrepreneurs, guaranteeing their experience with us is seamless and beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a team of Community Managers and Associates across multiple locations
• Coordinate community communications and ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Implement operational strategies and manage daily building operations.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment for members and clients.
• Solve challenging inquiries to benefit the whole community.
• Work with different teams to improve the brand’s value.
• Plan and manage community events to boost engagement.
• Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands.
• Seeking a part-time (60% / 3 days per week) position.
• Dutch and English.
• Experience in a hospitality or similar leadership role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proactive leadership, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
