- Be the first point of contact at the Front Desk, offering a warm welcome in partnership with the security host.
- Handle all forms of incoming communication, including calls, emails, and mail.
- Take charge of the Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless service.
- Undertake office management responsibilities and assist in organizing internal events.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments, embodying the spirit of Optiver.
This position offers the opportunity to kickstart or further your career in a highly international environment, working with top professionals from over 40 different countries. Gevraagd
* At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or hospitality-oriented position.* A natural inclination towards hospitality.
* Strong communication skills in English, with Dutch proficiency being advantageous.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A service-oriented attitude with an exceptional eye for detail.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively, aiming for continuous improvement.
* Multitasking ability, a positive outlook, self-motivation, flexibility, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm.
