Rahtour Fietsen & Reparaties is a bike repair shop located in Amsterdam. We offer repairs for all types of bikes, with a focus on providing quick and efficient service to ensure you can get back to enjoying your bike as soon as possible. In addition to repairs, we also sell a variety of new and used bikes in different types, brands, sizes, and colors. We invite customers to visit our shop to test ride bikes and receive helpful tips, along with a complimentary cup of coffee from our new coffee machine. We also offer various bike accessories such as bike bags, helmets, locks, and more. Customers can rely on us for both normal and electric bike repairs.

Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Rahtour Fietsen & Reparaties located in Amsterdam. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, including managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with customers and staff, and ensuring smooth store management. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining retail loss prevention measures.

We are looking for a driven all-rounder (self-employed) who can support us in the everyday activities of our store. Someone who can strengthen our team with a passion for cycling, someone who can work independently, who is customer-friendly, quality-oriented and proactive during his/her work. Good communication skills are required, you are the first point of contact in the store, our calling card.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Store Management experience
• Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
• Ability to provide product recommendations and advice to customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of bikes and bike accessories
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Parttime or Fulltime
Freelancer, at least 3, but preferably 4 to 5 days a week, at least on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salaris

€ 2.500 - € 3.000 p/m
As a freelancer, you can count on €2,500 - €3,000 + 1% sales commission if you work 5 days a week.
