As the Store Manager, you'll be more than just a manager – you'll be the soul of our operation. From ensuring our customers leave with smiles as big as our croissants to keeping our team pumped up and motivated, you'll be at the center of it all. You'll be the go-to for troubleshooting, brainstorming new ideas, and making sure everything runs as buttery smooth as possible.

Daily Store Operations:

• Part of your responsibility will be monitoring and managing inventory levels, planning and placing orders, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries on-site, feedback, and concerns, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.
• It's up to you to oversee the smooth operation of daily activities within the store, maintaining impeccable standards of product quality, presentation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Your friendly and obliging service will guarantee exceptional customer experiences, turning first-time visitors into loyal patrons.

Personnel Responsibilities:

• You’ll craft work schedules and manage shifts to optimize team performance, ensuring everyone is in sync and firing on all cylinders.
