Your job as Team Lead Sales Orders:
As the Team Lead Fulfilment, you will oversee and enhance the efficiency of all sales back-office operations. Your role is crucial in:

• managing and developing the Sales Back Office team, ensuring compliance to high standards and smooth operation.
• overseeing the entire sales order process, utilising SAP and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders across regional distribution centers in Spain and Italy.
• serving as a vital link between the sales department and other internal teams, ensuring cohesive operation and excellent service delivery.

What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for a leader who will cover a maternity leave for 1 year! One who is not only adept at managing teams, but also excels in strategic planning and operational efficiency. You should have:

• at least 5 years’ experience in an operations management role within an international setting.
• strong ability in SAP and MS Office.
• excellent analytical skills with experience in managing business data and driving process improvements.
• effective communication skills, with fluency in English.
