Your responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of company’ sourcing principles;
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial conditions: prepare request for quotation, buy the right product at the right price, commercial terms and formalize the agreements;
• Actively contribute to build and manage successful long-term partnerships with suppliers;
• Work closely with Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality and act together as a category team to ensure on time product launch and customer satisfaction;
• Prepare sourcing business cases around AQSCIS principles;
• Work on sustainable initiatives together with your product category and your suppliers.

Gevraagd

The ideal candidate:

• 4 years of experience in buying/procurement/sourcing/category roles within the beauty domain;
• A bachelor's degree in the field of purchasing, business administration;
• Cultural sensitivity in working with various stakeholders in a global region; 
• Full understanding of the Dutch beauty market and customer expectations.
