With numerous facilities spanning across the globe, the company’s primary focus is leveraging scientific research to create a positive impact on both humanity and the world. The Dutch facility plays a big part in the distribution part of the company.
Role Description
In this role you are responsible for ensuring efficient execution of Order-to-Invoice activities for global distribution of pharmaceutical products, including import/export. You will coordinate end-to-end shipments to internal and external customers, handle documentation, monitor shipments, and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, while continuously identifying process improvements and providing input for KPIs.
Responsibilities
-Ensuring that pharmaceutical products are efficiently transported and made available to diverse locations and markets around the world.
-Managing the fulfillment of supply orders on a daily basis.
-Management of export and import paperwork and documentation.
-Collaborates with third-party logistics providers and other stakeholders within the supply chain.
-Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external customers, such as affiliates, distributors, and various on-site departments.
-Continually reviews Order-to-Cash policies and procedures and recommends opportunities to improve operations.
-Scheduling and tracking shipments while proactively addressing any potential issues that may arise.
Requirements
-Masters degree or Bachelors degree & 2 years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry
-Experience with issue handling in a logistic environment
-Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at various levels
-Knowledge and experience in Customer Service department is preferred
