• Collaborate in discussions to determine optimal strategies for running the dairy industry of the future.
• Identify essential performance indicators to support dairy farmers in optimizing their businesses.
• Analyze interrelationships within datasets related to animal health, automated feeding, reproduction, and rations.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
• Process and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and potentially PySpark.
• Apply statistical knowledge and research methods to derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with working with terabyte-scale datasets.
• Experience with (Azure) Cloud platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning/modeling is advantageous.
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices is beneficial.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies is desirable.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to think conceptually and provide corresponding advice to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, preferably with knowledge of data in the dairy industry.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI.
• Experience with data processing using SQL, Python, and familiarity with PySpark.
• Strong understanding of statistics and research methods.
