Job Description
In your role at JIACO Instruments, you'll step into much more than a typical Sales Executive position; you'll become a pivotal force propelling our company forward. Envision yourself at the helm, steering relationships with elite clients within the semiconductor industry, and applying your sophisticated commercial acumen to master prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline management. This opportunity is ideal for those who have already embarked on their sales career journey, having gained initial experience, perhaps as an inside sales representative or sales engineer, especially within the realm of capital equipment. Now, you’re poised to elevate your career by taking on a challenge that not only recognizes but demands your ambition and ability to independently drive the entire sales process from initiation to close.

Your day-to-day will be anything but mundane. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with a small, yet mighty decentralized team, where your opinion is not only heard but valued. There will be weekly online meetings and monthly and quarterly face-to-face meetings where everything is shared and discussed. You'll have the freedom to structure your day, thrive on building relationships without the need for face-to-face meetings, and still make those crucial connections through visits to customers and conferences across the globe.

This role offers a competitive salary package, starting at €4,000 per month, with additional commissions of per machine sold, reflecting our commitment to rewarding success and excellence. In addition we also offer profit sharing….

What will you do?
  • Key Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to align our solutions.
  • Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify potential clients and effectively follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring progress towards sales targets.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value of our products, tailoring solutions to client challenges.
  • Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver sales presentations and lead negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Customer Visits and Conferences: Travel across the globe for customer meetings and industry conferences to enhance relationships and gather market insights.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with internal teams and report on sales activities and market trends.
 

Required Skills & Experience
  • You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical field…..can be various; business engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, etc
  • You're fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • You have affinity with science and the high-tech world;
  • You have experience (minimum 4-6 years) with technical sales, ideally in lab environments;
  • You're a dealmaker, known for your commercial acumen;
  • You’re independent, flexible, a self-starter, self-conscious, assertive, and structured in your work;
