Role Description
As the QA Associate, you will form a part of the QA team for food ingredients. Here you will address complaints, perform hygiene inspections and root cause analyses, conduct internal audits, and contribute to the HACCP team and other quality related duties.
 
Responsibilities
-Oversee the butter release process, ensuring its proper execution by accurately evaluating results and relevant data;
-Oversee KPI complaints, handling them and ensuring follow-up. This includes compiling monthly complaint reports and serving as the link between customer service and the facility;
-Initiating and monitoring the re-sampling of batches;
-Managing the upkeep of the quality management system, which involves conducting annual document reviews;
-Coordinating the pest control program;
-Generating proposals for enhancing quality-related procedures;
-Conducting inspections focused on hygiene and actively implementing measures, ensuring their compliance;
-Analyzing root causes for quality issues and integrating proposed solutions into daily operations;
-Carrying out internal audits according to the schedule and providing guidance to colleagues;
-Participating in the HACCP team and promoting quality consciousness among coworkers.
 
Requirements
-Degree in Food Technology or relevant
-2+ years of working experience in the food industry.
-Skilled in SAP and MS Office is a strong plus
-Fluent in English and Dutch is required
-Familiarity of quality systems like FSSC, ISO 22000, and other quality standards) is a strong plus
