Quality Assurance & Control Manager

The company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.

Role Description
As a QA and QC Manager you will be responsible for the quality policy and quality control at the Department. You make an active contribution to maintaining the quality policy and implementation practice.

Responsibilities
–  Keep the local Quality System up to date and ensure continued compliance.
– Able to translate quality policy into integrate quality experience.
– Responsible for preparing the management assessment and regular reports on the status of the quality system.
– Responsible for ensuring that the location policy meets the external and internal requirements.
– Implementing and monitoring quality processes such as complaint handling, crisis management, such as complaint handling, crisis management, change control and validation.

Requirements
– BSc or MSc degree preferable in Food Technology.
– Experienced within Quality System standards.
– 5 years of experience in FMCG Industry.
– Preferable experience in production environment.
