We are seeking a talented and experienced Medior Data Engineer to join our Data Science Team in Eindhoven. As a Medior Data Engineer at TMC, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in managing and optimizing their data landscape.

As Medior Data Engineer, you will be part of TMC's Data Science team. The team is responsible for collecting, managing, and visualizing the data. The Data Engineer plays a key role in managing the data landscape. Various enhancements and improvements are currently underway in different aspects of the data and system landscape to ensure it meets the requirements and needs for the upcoming period.

You will work with various stakeholders, such as data scientists, business analysts, product owners and customers, to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality solutions. You will also collaborate with other data engineers and experts within our team to share best practices, learn new skills and contribute to our collective growth.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, adapting quickly to changes and delivering iterative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions.
