who are you

For this vacancy we are looking for a Data Analyst with several years (at least 3 to 4) work experience. You can work independently, enjoy thinking out of the box, have good communication skills and know how to hold your own in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. You enjoy being at the start of this department and helping to set it up!
You have:

• Proficiency in AWS, Python, and ETL
• Experience with Big Data Technologies like Databricks and Spark
• Knowledge of data engineering technologies like Airflow and Redshift
• Advanced expertise in Data Analysis, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of the English language
• Previous experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in statistics and data analysis
• In addition, the following is nice (but not required):  Experience with DBT , familiarity with forecasting and machine learning, knowledge of NLP and AI frameworks and understanding of DevOps and DataOps principles

what will you do

In this position, you will work on setting up the Data Analytics department within Philips MEMS Foundry. You will lay the foundation from which Philips MEMS Foudry can start building the right insights to optimize the department.
You will:

•    Build and maintain data infrastructure for analytics
•    Collaborate with teams to deliver analytics solutions
•    Contribute to decision-making processes
•    Create user-friendly data analysis tools
•    Implement data quality checks
•    Apply software engineering best practices
•     Document datasets and pipelines

Philips MEMS Foundry is a division of Philips that specializes in the fabrication of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS). MEMS are miniaturized mechanical and electromechanical devices created using integrated circuit (IC) fabrication techniques. Philips MEMS Foundry provides services for designing, prototyping, and manufacturing MEMS devices for various applications such as sensors, actuators, and microfluidic systems. Their capabilities include processes like photolithography, etching, deposition, and bonding, enabling the production of MEMS devices with high precision and reliability.
