Job Description:
PayperclipClub is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in our creator and patron communities. As the world's leading platform for artists, musicians, writers, and other creative individuals to receive recurring payments from their supporters, PayperclipClub is dedicated to empowering creators to make a sustainable living through their craft. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving this mission by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PayperclipClub's overall business objectives. Define clear goals, KPIs, and roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
2. Audience Segmentation: Identify and understand key customer segments, including both creators and patrons, and tailor marketing efforts to address their unique needs and preferences.
3. Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences, including blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media content.
4. Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new creators and patrons while also nurturing and retaining existing ones. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize acquisition channels.
5. Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the PayperclipClub brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling brand image across all marketing materials.
6. Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to launch and promote new features and offerings effectively.
7. Campaign Management: Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
8. Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
9. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, design, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals.
11. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and automation software.
• Experience in the tech industry and/or subscription-based services is a plus.
• Passion for supporting creators and the arts is highly desirable.
