About the role
We are searching for a result-driven Demand Planner. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our global demand planning strategy for high-complexity and innovative technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to logistical optimization efforts aimed at maximizing delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a feasible and stable global demand plan for cutting-edge projects.
- Drive logistical optimization for new and existing products to enhance operational flows.
- Maximize delivery performance by managing forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and throughput time.
- Ensure logistical performance meets the needs of our global customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and systems.
Profile
BSc, BEng or MSc degree, technical or logistical oriented (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc)
Result driven and analytically minded
Competitive attitude and the need to constantly keep improving yourself
Good time-management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication skills (English is essential)
Eager to learn about the manufacturing processes and systems
Has commercial awareness and a good judgement
Two years of experience preferred.
