Join our dynamic and ever-growing innovation corner at TMC as a Computational Physicist, where you will lead the integration of computational physics principles and data science to drive innovation and optimize our technological solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a foundational understanding of computational physics and a passion for leveraging data to contribute to cutting-edge technological advancements.

| Your challenges?

• Assist in the development and implementation of computational models to simulate physical systems and phenomena, under the guidance of senior physicists and researchers.
• Perform data analysis using computational tools and techniques, such as Python, MATLAB, or R, to analyse experimental data, visualize results, and extract meaningful insights.
• Conduct simulations of physical processes using numerical methods, Monte Carlo simulations, and other computational techniques, following established protocols and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development, testing, and debugging of computational codes and algorithms, ensuring code functionality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and results in technical reports, presentations, and research papers, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with senior physicists, engineers, and researchers on interdisciplinary research projects, contributing computational expertise to solve complex scientific problems.

| What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Computational Physics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of fundamental physics principles and mathematical concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R, and familiarity with scientific computing libraries and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
