About the role

As a Continuous Improvement Leader at Prodrive Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve production processes, with a focus on synergies between different locations.
• Analyze process data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies and plans, including factory consolidation.
• Lead improvement projects to increase throughput and improve delivery times.
• Increase output, line speed, and optimize asset management.
• Develop Roadmaps and Footprints and prioritize improvement projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the production departments.
