Our client is seeking a Senior Import/Export Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Enschede. Reporting to the Europe Transport Manager, you will be responsible for managing customs permits, overseeing compliance with customs regulations, while ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely communication with stakeholders.

Omschrijving

Export Planning:

• Coordinating outbound shipments and communicate delivery plans to carriers and Sales Office.
• Manage customs clearance processes for export shipments.
• Verify and approve freight invoices.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery statuses.

Import Planning:

• Plan inbound shipments to regional distribution centers and liaise with carriers and warehouse administration.

Customs Management:

• Ensure accurate and compliant administration of customs-related documentation.
• Monitor and maintain licenses required for customs clearance.
• Organize proper archiving of import and export documents.
• Update and train team members on customs software usage.

Gevraagd

* Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or (technical) business administration.
* Customs declarant certification.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export administration, with at least 2 years in customs clearance.
* Proficiency in OTM, SAP SD.
* Fluency in English and Dutch.
* Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible, organized, and proactive approach.
