Hug Engineering is looking for a Sales Engineer Stationary(f/m/d) for its site in Enschede, Netherlands.
The main missions of the role are:
  • Contribute to the development of technical and commercial offers by coordinating the activities of the relevant Hug internal teams (engineering, project management, purchasing, aftersales, etc.)
  • Assist project execution by supplementing project management processes when needed, both during offer preparation and once sale is completed
  • Supervise the application of group standards and directives in order to ensure the technical success and commercial viability of a project.
  • Ensure continuous contact with customers, from the project development phase to the final handover, and involve other Hug teams if demanded.
  • Under the supervision of the responsible Sales Manager validate the profitability of the offers / proposals and negotiate materials and services pricing with customers
  • Provide controlling activities to secure that projects and/or parts pricing is in line with the budgeted margins


Gevraagd

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Bachelor Degree or Similar level (Mechanical, Automation, Chemical)
  • Experience in back-office activities for sales and/or project management of engineered industrial products
  • Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary matrix organization across different location/countries
  • Team Player mindset
  • International outlook
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, German is a plus
  • Good English skills
