HR Administrator| HR| HRM| Fulltime
We're hiring an HR Administrator for a full-time role with a monthly salary of €3,000. A Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field is required, along with ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience. Fluent English is essential and a valid work permit.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR team with routine duties, meetings, offer letters, and HR system updates

• Manage digital filing and organization

• Handle Health & Safety and assist in recruitment

• Act as a point of contact for employee assistance and benefits administration

• Update organizational charts and manage leave on HR system

• Assist with payroll and ensure GDPR compliance

• Maintain internal HR records system

• Arrange learnerships and external training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or similar

• Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage but not required)

• Strong attention to detail

• Full-time availability
