About the job

This position of HR Officer covers a full spectrum of HR affairs, including but not limited to talent acquisition and development, tax declaration and payroll administration, HR policy and procedure, compensation and benefits, staff activities, performance management, and staff relations. What are you going to do?

• Explore and manage all potential channels for sourcing talent
• Assist with the planning and implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency across HR
• Ensure smooth operation of all HR functions and assist with any ad-hoc HR projects as needed
• Serve as back-up for the HR Officer in the Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• 3 or more years of Human Resources experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Able to multitask and think out of the box for solutions
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills in Dutch, English and German are essential
