As a financial administrative assistant, you are responsible for carrying out administrative tasks related to billing. You ensure that invoices are prepared and provided to customers in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with agreed-upon agreements and contracts.

Description
  • Checking dossier data to ensure it matches information in the billing system;
  • Communicating any differences to the Billing Team Leader and implementing necessary adjustments;
  • Generating and preparing invoices for dispatch, as well as archiving processed documents;
  • Providing frontline information to customers regarding billing inquiries;
  • Drafting standalone invoices based on provided documents;
  • Accurately inputting data into the system and generating invoices;
  • Ensuring careful archiving of all relevant documentation.

Gevraagd

* MBO or HBO diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
* You have been living in the Netherlands for the past 8 years;
* Previous experience (e.g., internship) in a financial environment is a plus;
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, especially in dossier control and billing processes;
* Familiarity with computer usage and proficiency in the use of display equipment;
* Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform under pressure.
