The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of the company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. Furthermore, this person is responsible to execute and ensure all related transactions are well maintained in ERP system.

Description

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
• Provide appropriate data for business reporting requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, contract manufacturer, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Provide appropriate data for business reporting requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Handling supply chain operational tasks as per requested

Gevraagd

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
* Fluent English and Dutch is preferred
* 2-3 years of applicable experience in logistics and supply chain
* Significant working experience with a computerized, top-tier ERP system – Epicor preferable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven time management skills: organized with strong attention to detail and outstanding follow up.
* Ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner always.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; be flexible, be able to prioritize, be able to adapt to changes, understand urgency and when to escalate.
* Significant experience with MS Office and database software applications
* Occasional travel possible
