As an operator for the Cream department, you are involved in processing baked cookie specialties with fillings and sprinkles in accordance with production planning. You take into account the set quality and quantity requirements.

Your tasks include:

• Ensure a constant supply, correct dosage, weight and quality of raw materials;
• Making semi-finished products according to the recipe book and coding them;
• Setting up, starting up, operating, converting and shutting down the machines, installations and weighing equipment;
• Reviewing production planning and checking the hygienic condition of the equipment, cleaning if necessary;
• Reporting deviations and/or operational malfunctions;
• Checking/replenishing raw materials and transporting them to the cream department using an (electric) pallet truck, forklift and/or lift;Cleaning the equipment and working environment;

The client is located in Maastricht. The industrial pastry industry has increasingly developed into a major biscuit producer. They currently supply a wide range of cookies. These are successfully supplied to both the national and international markets.
