Assistant Group Controller Naarden

As the Assistant Group Controller, you will work alongside a team of three experienced controllers, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Reporting. With the mentorship of seasoned professionals, you'll delve into various projects, learning and making a significant impact along the way. This role offers a unique chance to advance in the dynamic world of finance, leveraging the expertise of senior team members.
 
Primary Responsibilities (60% of your time):

• Assist with monthly reporting;
• Contribute to the improvement of existing reports;
• Collaborate with the team to prepare the annual report.
• Enhance CSRD reporting;
• Prepare weekly reports.

 
Joint Responsibilities (30% of your time):

• Assist in evaluating the risk profile of the regions and conducting tests;
• Manage the tax returns in the Netherlands;
• Monitor tax returns from other countries.

Monitoring Responsibilities (10% of your time):

• Oversee financial results and analyse them to identify any abnormalities or discrepancies of the International Group.

Gevraagd

• Master's degree in Finance, (Business-) Economics or Accountancy;
• 2-5 years of experience in Audit, Control or Consultancy;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
• Experience with Lucanet (or a similar consolidation tool) and PowerBI;
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of data analysis, financial modeling, and process optimization;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Aanbod

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• €60,000 – €70,000 (including holiday allowance);
• 24 vacation days annually (full-time), with an additional 4 days available: one to be taken on or around your birthday and three for personal or role-specific development;

• Travel allowance for up to 80 km one-way commute;
