About the job

In this position you are responsible for your own customer base and pool of flex workers. You build and maintain a good relationship with your customers and flex workers, through your good relationships you are able to achieve growth. What exactly does this look like?

• You are visible to your customers and flex workers every day, so you always know what is going on. You see and take advantage of opportunities to expand collaboration. Where necessary, conducts evaluation interviews with the flex worker and is a good discussion partner for the customer, providing solicited and unsolicited advice on, for example, process improvements, etc.
  
• You provide new inflow to customers, guiding the flex worker in this process and continuously informing the customer about the progress.
  
• Where necessary, you communicate well with other internal departments such as planning and recruitment to safeguard the process for your customers and flex workers.

What we ask from you

The colleague we are looking for can work independently and is proactive in taking responsibility for his own customer base. You continuously visit your customers and flex workers in the Utrecht region and know what is going on. You are commercially minded and think in solutions. In addition:

• Are you in possession of the SEU diploma or willing to obtain it;
  
• Do you have at least a completed MBO 4 education;
  
• Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the temporary employment sector;
  
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
  
• You have strong social and communication skills
  
• Do you get along well with international flex workers?

What we offer you

• Salary, depending on the knowledge you bring with you, between €2800 and €3400 based on: 40 hours a week;
  
• Working full-time is ideal, but fewer hours (32-38) are negotiable;

About the company

Upforce is a leading supplier of international temporary workers for the Dutch market, always on the move. We specialize in sectors such as logistics, production, food, technology and administration. You will end up in an organization of approximately 50 colleagues, spread over various locations. When you are not on the road to customers or flex workers, you work at our office in Oudewater. You also have the opportunity to work one day a week at our head office in Venlo. In addition to your work, there is room for team outings to get to know your colleagues better.
