We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to oversee project scheduling and resources, ensuring timely and efficient completion of engineering projects within the offshore energy sector.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive project schedules, integrating all project activities and milestones.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Perform risk analysis on project schedules and resource allocations, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress against the planned schedules, identifying any deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Facilitate planning meetings and updates with project teams to ensure alignment and address any schedule-related issues.
• Use project management software tools to provide real-time visibility into project timelines and resource usage.
• Prepare and present detailed planning reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting project status, potential risks, and progress.
• Advise on best practices in project planning, contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies. 
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment aligned with project schedules.
• Support the project management team in strategic decision-making by providing expert analysis and insights related to project planning and scheduling. 

Gevraagd

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in project management, engineering, or a related field. 
• Medior to senior-level experience in project planning, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked on offshore and/or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera (oracle) is essential, with recent experience (within the last 5 years) highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and information management capabilities, able to serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch is ideal, complemented by a strong proficiency in English to effectively communicate in the company's diverse work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate a team, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery. 
• A positive and motivated personality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
