You will as a Inside Sales Ocean freight be working in an international environment within a multicultural team.In this role as Inside Sales Ocean freight you will be responsible for:
- In daily contact with our clients by phone, email for our Ocean freight division
o Making Quotations & follow up - Maintain the relationship with our overseas offices
- Support our outside sales team with follow up of visits and new prospects
- Prospecting new customers, in close cooperation with our outside sales
o Actively contacting new sales leads
o Making appointments for outside sales to new prospects - Main contact for our operational team concerning commercial decisions
- Reporting of activities done by both inside sales and outside sales
o Weekly reports of performance
Gevraagd
Your profile as a Inside Sales Ocean freight:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or logistics
• Outstanding knowledge of Word & Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch & English
• You are a team player, accurate and efficient
• And have good sales knowledge
• Team player with the flexibility and desire to work in a dynamic and faced paced environment with high volumes
• Excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to resolve operational problems effectively and proactively
• Communicative and can get along well with diverse personalities and cultures, tactful and flexible
• Determined/persistent to achieve department goals and hands-on approach
