For our Inside Sales operator we are looking for a fulltime employee. The inside sales operator reports directly to the assistant manager sales

Omschrijving

• Daily contact with customers, vendors, shipping lines, overseas agents

• Negotiate rates with LSP’s, warehousing companies, overseas agent.

• Preparation of quotes

• Independently processing forwarding files in our FITON system

• Able to think out of the box.

• Attending TEAMS meetings and customer/ vendor visits.

• Assist in any operational forwarding related activities.

Gevraagd

• MBO diploma level 4 and/or certificates

• Additional education and certificates are preferred.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in forwarding/ liner environment

• (Inside) Sales experience.

• Fluent Chinese, English spoken and written.

• Expert with Excel

• (Customer) service oriented

• Able to work both independently and within a team.

• Ability to deal with multiple tasks.

• Accurate with figures and data
