Directeur Sales – Marine & Offshore

Are you a skilled Sales professional with experience in leading sales teams and an extensive network the Marine & Offshore sector? If so, we want to hear from you!

Function

We are looking for a passionate Manager / director Sales to shape strategy and focus on developing sales opportunities globally within the Marine & Offshore market. Your role will be crucial in influencing decisions early on and contributing significantly to sales success, supported by Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively target new growth opportunities and leading the sales team.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Lead the development and achievement of plans and strategic targets.
• Identify routes to market, creating actionable plans.
• Guiding Sales Managers and work closely with them.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales in Marine & Offshore sector.
• Experience in managing and leading sales teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Extensive network and solid reputation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Willing to travel abroad regularly.
