As HR Coordinator, you are the face of HR for the employees of this organization. You will ensure professional, timely and accurate resolution of questions and problems. You will provide proper induction, training and guidance so that all employees can successfully use the HR system.

Omschrijving

• Using your expertise to answer and resolve HR questions, requests and issues
• Ensure proper onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding. This includes preparing the contract, change in HR systems and communicating change to payroll
• Keep work instructions and associated process flow up-to-date
• Project support the implementation of legislative changes into policies, processes and systems
• Support the delivery of accurate reports for monthly reporting.

Gevraagd

* MBO working and thinking level
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Professional command of the English language, Dutch is a bonus
* Knowledge and ability of SAP is a bonus
