We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager you are responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships in the manufacturing industry. You have a passion for sales, have excellent communication skills and have an affinity with technology and production processes.

Description

As an Account Manager you are responsible for:

• Maintaining existing customer relationships and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential customers within the manufacturing industry.
• Together with the sales team you work on effective sales strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
• Understanding the production processes and technical aspects of our products in order to be able to advise customers properly.
• Negotiate contract terms and prices with customers, with the aim of reaching profitable agreements.
• Tracking sales performance, reporting to management and contributing to forecasting.
