To strengthen their team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can support the management on an administrative level.

Job Description:

As an administrative assistant supporting the management, you will be responsible for effectively managing and organising administrative tasks within the company. You will work closely with the management and provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth running of daily business operations. You are an important link within the organisation and have a broad range of duties that include, but are not limited to:

  1. Agenda management: you plan and coordinate appointments, and meetings for the management. You ensure that all necessary information is available and that agendas are managed efficiently.
  2. Correspondence: You are responsible for drafting and editing business correspondence, such as letters, e-mails, memos and reports. You will monitor the quality and timeliness of correspondence and ensure professional communication.
  3. Document management: You manage and archive important documents and files, including confidential information. You ensure structured and ordered documentation so that information is easily accessible to management and other stakeholders.
  4. Reporting and analysis: You collect data and generate reports, presentations and statistics for management. You perform analysis based on available data to identify trends and developments and make recommendations to improve business performance.
  5. Organisational support: You will provide general support to the management in various administrative tasks, such as preparing meetings, keeping track of action items, handling internal and external communication and handling confidential information.
  6. Information management: You manage the flow of information within the company, both internally and externally. You ensure that information is properly communicated and archived, and that relevant information is accessible to management and other stakeholders.
  • You have a completed MBO education in a relevant field, such as administration, secretarial or business administration.
  • You will have at least X number of years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a management support role.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • You are familiar with administrative processes and have experience with diary and document management.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to correspond professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and can multitask well.
  • You have a proactive attitude and can work independently.
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications
