As an Account Sales professional specializing in Financial Services at Capgemini Group in the Netherlands, you will be instrumental in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients within the financial sector.

Your role will focus on driving revenue growth, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

  • You have a completed bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree , MBA is advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of the Financial Services industry in the Netherlands. Familiarity with IT solutions relevant to financial institutions.

You bring experience in the below areas:

·Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at identified client Field of Play (FOP). Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to position CG Group solutions effectively.

·Account Expansion: Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts from positioning Individual consultants to solutions, maximizing revenue potential. Collaborate with internal CG practice teams to develop tailored solutions that address client requirements.

·Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales and deliveryleadership to develop and execute strategic account plans. Align sales strategies with Capgemini Groups overarching goals and objectives.

·Opportunity Identification: Continuously monitor the market and client landscape to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the other accounts sales team to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to account development.

·Client Trusted Advisor: Implement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, ensuring high levels of service delivery. Proactively address client concerns and act as a trusted advisor.

·Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring terms meet client expectations and align with CG Group policies. Collaborate with legal and CCM teams to finalize contracts.

·Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Analyze account performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with delivery teams, solution architects, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution proposals. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal CG practices.

·Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (Highly preferred)
