Role Description
As an Associate Product Design & Development you will work in close collaboration with different stakeholders, to deliver new product innovations and renovations, ensuring that new and reformulated products will meet the project brief, can be implemented on lab and pilot scale adhering to all the relevant technical KPI’s, legislative, nutritional, sensory and safety requirements.

 Responsibilities
– Manage the execution within the technical stages of formulation design and development.
– Create lab and pilot plant prototypes in line with key success criteria and decision requirements.
– Able to manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders in inter-disciplinary teams.
– Function in full compliance with internal quality procedures, by ensuring technical documents are up to excellent standards.?

Requirements
– Preferably a bachelor and or master’s degree in food science, food technology or related.
– Ability to analyze complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions with concrete action plans.
– Proactive mindset for sharing information, best practices and information with team members.
– Is fluent in English, both verbal and written. ?
– Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders in cross-functional project teams.
