Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics? Our customer is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team! If you have excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Same-day delivery, getting something from the warehouse to the customer within 24 hours, that's what our client is all about. 

As a team leader, you contribute directly to this. You ensure that the daily processes run smoothly. Your focus on cooperation, team building and quality makes you the ideal candidate. You know the tricks of the trade and are able to get the best out of your team. You have a healthy dose of humour, are eager to learn and, together with the team, ensure a smooth-running process. In doing so, you will always strive for the most optimal efficiency and quality. Some of your duties:

• Managing and monitoring the KPIs; 
• Working with other departments to optimise flexibility and offer solutions;
• Coordinating, presenting, prioritising and coming up with solutions for issues;
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing more efficient work processes.

Wat wij vragen

You have a solution-oriented attitude, know how to keep an overview and always think a few steps ahead. It is important that you are pro-active and are able to communicate clearly with your team and supervisor.

Furthermore you possess the following things: 

• You speak and write English; 
• Speakng Dutch is a plus, given the composition of the team;
• Coaching and mentoring the team is nothing new to you;
• Microsoft office knowledge; 
• Experience with SAP is a plus;
• No 8-to-5 mentality, as overtime can sometimes occur.

• Salary ranging from €2600 - €3200 based on relevant work experience; 
• Travel allowance;
• Long-term position with good future prospects;
