We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of the supply chain operations. Based next to Zaandam’s Central Station, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team dedicated to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Description

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, encompassing both container and road transport.
• Direct and maintain communication with carriers, forwarders, shipping companies, and warehouses.
• Foster close collaboration with traders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare outgoing invoices and handle incoming invoices efficiently.
• Verify and review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle the processing of letters of credit and documentary collections.

Gevraagd

* Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) level and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Incoterms and familiarity with customs and freight documentation.
* Excellent command of both English and Dutch languages, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated accuracy and precision with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team efforts, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
* Exhibits a high level of responsibility and accountability.
