As a Customer Support Specialist (Polish & Eastern European Market) at our client’s company in the Roermond region, you will contribute to making healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable. Together with various partners, the company continuously strive to improve vegetable varieties and providing solutions for customers, the vegetable value chain, and consumers worldwide.
To support growth and strengthen its position in the Polish and Eastern European markets, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time position of 38 hours per week. You will be working in an innovative and collaborative environment where your contribution truly matters! The salary ranges from €22.92 to €31.65 gross per hour.
As a Customer Support Specialist (Polish & Eastern European Market), you are responsible for the administrative processing and coordination of customer orders for the Polish and Eastern European markets. You will have frequent contact with customers, sales colleagues, and internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics.
In close collaboration with the sales team, you provide proactive commercial support from the Customer Support department and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
You will be part of our energetic Customer Support Team, consisting of 20 enthusiastic colleagues who support various countries in the region. Our team is characterized by strong collaboration, open communication, and a strong sense of social connection.

  • a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position with the client based on good performance;
  • full-time position of 38 hours per week;
  • working days and hours: Monday to Friday during daytime shifts;
  • salary ranges from €22.92 to €31.65 gross per hour;
  • travel expenses reimbursed at €0.23 per km;

As a Customer Support Specialist (Polish and Eastern European Market), you bring the following qualifications:
  • bachelor’s degree in, for example, Business Economics, Commercial Economics, or a comparable field;
  • several years of experience in an international customer service environment (required);
  • experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.);
  • fluency in Polish and English (required); knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus;
  • strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels both within and outside the organization;
  • customer-oriented, structured, and detail-focused;
  • a proactive team player with a positive, open, and enthusiastic attitude who enjoys working in a social and outgoing team.
