Export Planner - International Transport

For an experienced international transport company in the Tiel region, we are looking for an export planner. The company specialises in transport to and from Austria and values short lines of communication, modern automation and an enthusiastic team. As an export planner, you make sure international shipments are planned efficiently and arrive at their destination as agreed.

As an export planner, you will:

• Plan and coordinate international transport to and from Austria.
• Create efficient schedules for drivers and vehicles.
• Be in daily contact with customers, drivers and transport partners.
• Process transport orders and make sure all necessary information is correct.
• Monitor the progress of planned transports.
• Respond quickly to changes, delays and other unexpected situations.
• Ensure proper administrative handling of transports.
• Actively think along about the efficient deployment of drivers and vehicles.
• Stay in touch with all parties involved to make sure every shipment is carried out as agreed.

• You work accurately and keep a good overview.
• You have strong communication skills and easily liaise with different parties.
• You think in solutions and are good at organising.
• You can work independently, but also function well in a team.
• Experience as a planner is an advantage, but motivated juniors are very welcome.
• You have a good command of Dutch. Knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.

As an export planner, you will receive:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500.
• Allowances and overtime in accordance with the TLN collective labour agreement (CAO).
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, from 10 km.
• 24 holiday days and 8% holiday allowance.
