• Work with existing affiliate clients
• • Onboard incoming publishers' applications
• • Identify and prospect new publishers
• • Manage the daily needs of the affiliate campaigns
• • Risk management
• • Understand publishers needs and how we can add value to them
• • Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed
• • Cultivate relationships with publishers
• • Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns
• • Controlling traffic quality and volume

Gevraagd

• 1+ years experience in affiliate marketing
• • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
• • A willingness to grind and a hunger to be the best in your field
• • Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus
• • Strong relationship building capabilities, long term partnership focus
• • Ability/attitude to learn fast and work in a changing environment
• • Highly self-motivated and a Team player
• • Ability to learn quickly technical concepts and dashboard (technical aptitude)
• • Proactivity to anticipate changes and take the initiative
• • Capability of working independently and within a team
• • Feeling comfortable working under pressure (stress resilient)
• • No 9 till 5 mentality.
