For Recovery and Resolution related topics, you will be responsible for managing the reporting change initiatives by collaborating with IT, Change and Business colleagues to improve reporting solutions, data architecture, data processes, and data quality.

As an epic integrator/ process & project enabler your role will depend on the stage of the initiative. In the early ​stages of an initiative the focus will be more on creating Solution Intents and translate those into a committed plan(ning) that describes how ​and when the Change Delivery Blocks and other stakeholders involved contribute to the delivery of the reporting ​solution. In a later stage the works shifts more to project management with a focus on monitoring, managing​ dependencies (across Delivery Blocks or GRID’s) and solving issues/impediments.​

With the following results:

As part of the team (Recovery and Resolution Program team in the Value Proposition Team of the Finance & Risk Reporting Grid), you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the change objectives that are set by the Reporting grid, which are derived from both regulations and the bank's internal strategy. Your key objectives are:

• To deliver change initiatives within the Recovery and Resolution Program and related objectives to the appropriate level of Time / Cost / Quality / Scope with a focus on following the right level of governance relevant to meet the program targets;
• To ensure change initiatives are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible, with a focus on closure and handover to BAU;
• To serve as a member of the Recovery and Resolution Program, demonstrating the key values of Care, Courage and Collaboration.

Gevraagd

Relevant knowledge skills & competences:

• A proven track record as an experienced Project Manager in IT program & services delivery;
• A decent level of experience in regulatory change projects;
• Experience in a corporate organization, preferably a bank;
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Excellent time and task management capability;
• Agile / Scrum expertise;
• Strong interpersonal and team working capabilities;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Sense of personal accountability;
• Previous experience in the Financial/Banking Industry;
• Knowledge about Recovery & Resolution regulations is a pre.
