As a Billing Advisor (Dutch speaker) within the legal industry, you manage invoicing for ten Lawyers, ensuring timely payments and providing financial advice on complex matters. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you also generate Excel reports to support client and colleague inquiries within a Finance team structure.

Description

As a Billing Advisor (Dutch speaker) your main tasks involve processing invoicing for ten Lawyers, ensuring prompt payment collection, and engaging in regular communication with them via email and meetings. You also provide financial advisory support to lawyers, address complex issues like VAT transactions, and prepare accurate Excel reports to substantiate answers to client and colleague inquiries.

Gevraagd

What you bring to the table:

* Minimum HBO working and thinking level
* At least 1 year of experience in financial administration
* No Billing experience required (but a plus)
* Ability to work in Microsoft (particularly Excel)
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
* Accurate, committed, enterprising, interested and full of initiative
* Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, look-ups...)
