As Account Manager you support in various internal and external processes with regards to commercial Real Estate development. You will function as a consultant to your clients in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries at once which are often time-sensitive and/or confidential.

Description

As Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage various internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute external meetings
  • Prepare presentations to the board after analyzing commercial data
  • Draft and distribute letters and announcements to the respective clients and other third parties
  • Arrange for distribution of lease, monthly/quarterly rent invoice, and welcome book to new tenants
  • Be in charge of the information exchange between project members and stakeholders
  • Assist with the delivery and accurate documentation of projects (of all sizes)
  • Track and analyze developments in the commercial Real Estate sector
  • Follow-up on deadlines and assist with the monthly reporting
  • Present creative Business development strategies

Gevraagd

* BA or Msc degree (in Business/Management)
* 1-3 years of experience in the Real Estate sector or internship experience
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
* Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Interest in commercial Real Estate
* Available on short notice
* 32-40 hours per week
